If your LandCruiser 40 Series door glass is cracked or damaged, this replacement glass offers a perfect fit to restore visibility and safety. This glass is suitable for 40 series Toyota LandCruiser vehicles with full glass installed without quarter window assemblies.
Often we're asked if you can convert a quarter window 40 Series Landcruiser door to a full glass door. The answer is yes you can, we do sell regulators and glass for 40 Series full glass doors. Your 40 series door should also feature a bailey channel built in on the hinge side to accept the bailey channel rubber that's needed for the full glass installation. The tricky part is that a full glass panel has a different bottom channel to a quarter glass panel and this needs to be changed or modified in order to accept the full glass regulator. The difference? A full glass regulator has a rail at the top of two scissor arms which bolt to the glass rail, where as a quarter glass regulator has a single arm with roller at the tip that slides in a channel on the rail. Keep in mind you'll need a full glass channel, new bailey channel rubbers, new regulator and new glass to make the conversion.
