Installation Note: 

A. Locking differentials ARE NOT able to be driven on asphalt or concrete surfaces. You WILL shear the locking pins on the unit if you do. 

B. When reinstalling your axles into the diff centre, you'll need to make sure the axles seat into their position without needing to be forced. If they don't, reinstall or turn the diff so that they seat properly before tightening. Forcing your axles into position may cause the diff to lock full time. 

C. Test and retest your diff locker multiple times before running the vehicle. Have the tyres off the ground and make sure your locker is engaging and disengaging properly before driving the vehicle. 

D. If the vehicle is driven on a solid surface with the lockers engaged, make sure the locker disengages before setting off as if the diff is wound up the locker may not disengage properly.
